How Do I Reserve Working Space Let the labs manager know, as far ahead of time as possible, when you will be needing working space (tables, shelves, etc.) in the labs for you and/or your students. The labs manager will need to know what you will be doing and approximately how much space it will require and will then try to accommodate you in concert with other projects in progress or up-coming. Please realize that when the labs are being heavily used, you may have to make do with less space than would be ideal; and deciding on the spur-of-the-moment to do some particular lab activity may occasionally run into impediments. Do not disturb materials in other people’s assigned working spaces to make room for your own work. If you think space allocations need to be adjusted, talk to the labs manager; don’t take matters into your own hands. |
