Picture taken in Kohala, on the Island of Hawai'i.  Picture shows two archaeologists using GPS (Geographic Positioning System) units to record ancient Hawaiian wall and trail alignments--part of a multi-year project to map the Kohala Field Systems.  This study hopes to establish how the huge complex of walls and trails making up the Kohala Field System developed over time.
